I understand that vendors must provide their own equipment, tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, etc.

All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the festival.

Vendors can set up at 12:00 p.m. The event will run from 3:00-9:00 p.m. I understand that I may not break down my tent/truck until the conclusion of the festival.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

No water station will be provided for vendors.

Pulaski on Main, The Town of Pulaski, The County of Pulaski, Event Sponsors or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Music and Merchants Festival.

As a vendor, I will have a business license to operate in the Town of Pulaski. The Health Department and Fire Marshall have inspected, issued certificates, and approved my participation in the Music and Merchants Festival.
