Craft Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the Music & Merchants Festival. The festival will be held on Saturday, May 18 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You must commit to the duration of the event.

All craft vendors must pay a $25.00 fee to Pulaski on Main. You will have a 10 by 10 vendor space. Please make checks payable to Pulaski on Main. You may pay fees online, via mail, or in-person at our office.

Nonprofit organizations that provide a children's activity may have a table at no charge.

Please list the items that you plan to sell at the festival.

Please read and agree to each of the following requirements. Each box must be checked.

I understand that vendors must provide their own equipment, tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, etc.

All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the festival.

I understand that I may not break down my tent/table until the conclusion of the festival.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

No water station will be provided for vendors.

Pulaski on Main, The Town of Pulaski, The County of Pulaski, Event Sponsors or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Music and Merchants Festival.
